All five homes are available November 15, 2026. Units 2 and 4 are $3,500/month, Units 1 and 3 are $3,800/month and the garden suite (Unit 5) is $4,000/month. Rent does not include parking; optional parking is $150/month, confirmed separately. A tour or enquiry does not reserve a home.
